TruSmile Dental Savings Plan

TruSmile Dental Savings Plan was created to help individuals and families who don’t have dental insurance get quality care at affordable prices. As more studies show that oral health is linked to overall health, getting the proper dental is essential. This plan will help you and your family stay on track to maintaining a health smile. This plan is NOT INSURANCE and cannot be used conjunction with other insurance plans or other offices besides TruSmile. If you ever have any questions about treatment pricing or benefits, just give us a call.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our saving plan, simply let us know within 60 days of starting the plan for full refund of the purchase price.

Guidelines

– No yearly maximums or deductibles
– Savings plan expires 12 months after the sign-up date
– All membership fees are due in full at the time of sign-up
– Immediately eligible after signing up and payment is received
– Does not cover any portion of specialist referral
– All additional charges are due the day services are rendered
– Will not apply to procedures outside the treating dentist’s capabilities
– Will not apply to hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
– Will not apply to auto-mobile medical coverage
– Will not apply to injuries filed under workers compensation
– Discounts will not apply to other specials / offers
